Acceptance and Tuition

The selection committee will notify participants in the Leadership LC Valley Class of 2026 - 2027 by August 17, 2026. Program tuition is $1000 for members and $1200 for non-members. Tuition must be paid in full to the Lewis Clark Valley Chamber of Commerce no later than August 27, 2026. Once accepted into the program, participants are allowed to continue even if they change employers. Employers can receive a credit for a participant in the following year's class. Organizations who need financial support, please contact info@lcvalleychamber.org.

Commitment

Members of the LCV Leaders Program are expected to fully participate in the retreat, monthly sessions, and graduation. Monthly Sessions are held at various locations throughout the Lewis Clark Valley from September 2026 to May 2027. Participants who have more than 2 absences will be withdrawn from the program and will forfeit their tuition. Applicants must be legally eligible to tour facilities including law enforcement, ammunition, and gun manufactures, as well as public schools. Applicants to Leadership LC Valley will be expected to become active participants in advancing the community and making a positive contribution to the Lewis Clark Valley post-graduation.

Retreat: September 18 - 19, 2026 Over Night Stay

Sessions are from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm on the following dates:

October 23, 2026 - Arts & History Day

November 20, 2026 - Health Care Day

December 11, 2026 - Government Day

January 22, 2027 - Education Day

February 26, 2027 - Agriculture and Family Business Day (new)

March 26, 2027 - Economic Development Day

April 23, 2027 - Manufacturing Day

May 21, 2027 - Nonprofit Day

Graduation: June 3, 2027 from 5 - 6:30 pm

Acknowledgement

If selected as a Leadership LC Valley Program participant, I understand that I am committing to attending the retreat, seven monthly sessions, and graduation. Tuition is non-refundable. I also allow my name to be given to the community service organizations seeking volunteers upon graduation.
